Cook pasta following instructions, drain and set aside.
Cut around the Brie wheel, scrape the topping off and discard, remove cheese filling to add back into bechamel later.
In a medium weber frypan, add butter and flour cook for 1-2 min. add milk and stir until starting to thicken. Add in bacon, cheddar, pasta, and Brie, stir well until all combined. Place mixture into the empty Brie wheel and place in the Weber for 5 minutes until starting to brown.
Serve Brie topped with crushed Jatz.
Serve with lots of extra Jatz to scoop up the warm cheese!
