Place chicken breast, oil and Weber rub in a bowl and leave for 15 mins.
Prepare and preheat the barbecue for cooking using direct high heat (250°C-290°C).
Place chicken breast onto the BBQ and cook for 6-7 minutes each side or until cooked through, remove from heat and let rest before shredding.
Line a tray with Jatz, approx. 24 biscuits and top with shredded chicken, BBQ sauce and cheese slices. Place in a heated BBQ with lid down. Cook for 2-3 minutes for until cheese melts.
Remove tray from BBQ, let rest for a few minutes then top with Jatz. Serve.
